🛒 Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (light)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- Cooking spray
- 1 tsp or tbsp of honey
- 1 Bell pepper
- Handful spinach
- 1 cup cooked rice
Checklist
STEP 1 [Marinade] Chop the chicken into bite size pieces, add soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika and half a lemon juice. Mix it till well coated
STEP 2 [Cook] Put a pan on medium heat, spray oil then add the chicken. Cook for 2 mins on each side
STEP 3 [Honey] Turn off the heat and add the honey, mix till coated then remove in a plate and set aside
STEP 4 [Veg] Dice the bell pepper, add in the pan and cook with spinach. Cover until soft
STEP 5 [Combine] Add chicken back in with rice and some more honey, soy sauce and lemon juice (to taste) - mix then you’re ready to serve!
